  1. CONTESTS, SWEEPSTAKES, AND PROMOTIONS

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, the Promotion rules will take precedence.

 

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or OptimusCallAI cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting OptimusCallAI customer support team at [Insert Your Support Email Address Here, e.g., [email address removed]] or through other designated channels.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide OptimusCallAI with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, postcode, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise OptimusCallAI to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, OptimusCallAI will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a specified deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice. Failure to make timely manual payment may result in suspension or termination of your Subscription.

 

  1. FEE CHANGES

OptimusCallAI, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

OptimusCallAI will provide you with reasonable prior written notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. The method of providing notice may include email or prominent posting on our Service.

Your continued use of the Service after a Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

 

  1. REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the Service or if you change your mind about the subscription, you have the option to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of subscribing. In this case, upon your request, we will provide you with a refund of your initial subscription fee, subject to a fair usage assessment and deduction of the pro-rated value of any credits or usage already consumed. Your account balance may become negative if the used credits exceed the refunded amount, and you will be required to have a positive balance to continue using the Service.

Products can only be refunded once for the same user account. Any subsequent refund requests for the same product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription within the first 30 days, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next billing period. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund for that subsequent billing period. However, you can still cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any partial billing periods.

BE RESPECTFUL AND SAFE

Do not use OptimusCallAI to create, upload, or share abusive or illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Pornographic material and explicit nudity
  • Hateful or highly offensive content that attacks or dehumanizes a group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, serious disease or disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • The promotion, glorification, or threats of violence
  • Illegal activities or goods
  • Self-harm or the promotion of self-harm
  • Depictions of nude minors or minors in a sexual manner
  • Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism
  • Dissemination of misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content that could lead to real-world harm
  • Personal or private information of others (like full name, home address, phone number, email address, government-issued IDs, or anything else that would let someone locate or contact you in the real world) without their explicit consent.
